Updated object name frame to calculate based on SectorConstants size. In this way, future changes to the sector size will automatically affect the position of the object's nameplate. Added default alignment parameter when drawing text. Center-align will remain the default, but callers can optionally provide their own alignment. Added fog-of-war tracking boolean to Sector. Changed coordinate text to left-align. Added ugly placeholder graphic for Nebula.
