Removed logback scanning.
Removed overall card table layout in favor of div and css.
Dynamically resizing and centering card layouts.
Extracted tabular card data layout to cardData.jsp.
Moved CSS and JavaScript includes out of header.jsp and into search.jsp so they're loaded by the browser only once, instead of once per card.
